Our family has been coming here for years and it’s always been great and a lot of fun! Recently held my son’s birthday party and the service and process was great and super easy! Everything came out great and the staff went above and beyond! Isabel M was a HUGE reason for everything coming out the way it did, she took the time to meet with me personally and answer all my questions leading up to the party, I will continue to recommend people to meet with Isabel for any party related items at the plex!

A great and safe place for my toddler son to have a good time. The staff members are nice and the atmosphere has a welcoming vibe. Robust selection of activities for my son and I each time we visit. Their Lil'Kicker soccer program is great for kids. In addition, the food is not bad relative to their pricing.

Alex was awesome!! He said he would help us and he kept his word despite a crazy busy night. We really appreciate Alex and the Plex for all they do for us and our Kids!! Go Mexico!!!

Fun for kids, nice area with bounce houses. I enjoyed watching the roller hockey game that was going on. Arcade games a lot of fun! Disappointed in the wings, too salty and swimming in oil, same with the garlic fries (too much oil). The pizza looked good.

The bouncing house is closed for weeks … (edited; it seems that it’s only open weekend afternoons but not morning.. sounds a suboptimal business idea because some kids take morning soccer classes and then do some bouncing house ? The 12pm sesssion used to have a lot of kids as far as I know
